The user interface of SEQUENCE BPM Workflow is designed to match familiar working environments’ look-and-feel, and enable users to rapidly learn and utilize the various features of the BPS™ - with little or no training.

Drag & Drop Flow-Chart Process Construction – SEQUENCE BPM Workflow Studio displays processes in a flowchart format, which is constructed using a drag & drop interface. This choice of display
renders the flow of information in the process, as well as the rules for transferring from one step to another, both intelligible and user-friendly.

New Process Wizards - The New Process Wizard is constructed in a user-friendly, interactive format, enabling business users to design and implement new processes, as well as maintain
and develop existing processes.

External Interfaces – Interfaces with external organizational systems, as well as the entire Office Suite, enable business users to work with SEQUENCE BPM Workflow - from the environments of alreadyfamiliar
systems

Email Interface – Interface with the Outlook application enables users to send, receive, respond, and advance tasks from within the Outlook environment.

One-Click Process Initiation – In order to allow users to work with maximum efficiency, SEQUENCE BPM Workflow enables users to initiate processes from the SEQUENCE BPM Workflow generated home page with a single mouse-click, from the organizational portal using web components, or via a library containing the various forms that comprise the first step of the process.

Web Services - All system entities – both built-in and designed - can be published as Web Services. This offers developers enormous flexibility in working with system components and entities, enabling integration of SEQUENCE BPM Workflow components and entities into external systems, and integration of external systems and activities into the SEQUENCE BPM Workflow processes.

Offline Development - SEQUENCE BPM Workflow enables users to work offline, and synchronizes the database once the user comes online, integrating the new processes and information into the system.

Visual Studio – Using the system’s Web Service capabilities, SEQUENCE BPM Workflow enables developers to design processes, publish them as Web Services, and use the Visual Studio environment to refer SEQUENCE BPM Workflow components to external systems and processes – or refer external processes and systems to the SEQUENCE BPM Workflow processes.

VBScript – VBScript activities, which are built into the PNMsoft SEQUENCE BPM Workflow system, enable developers to refer to and trigger external code (including Server Side Code).

Client Side Code –SEQUENCE BPM Workflow enables developers to extend and enrich form options and functionality by adding JavaScript Client Side Code. SEQUENCE BPM Workflow Studio offers a Wizard with
ready scripts to help developers implement this feature.

XML – The SEQUENCE BPM Workflow form generator generates runtime forms in XML format, enabling developers to integrate forms and activities into XSLT trees.
