MS Outlook - Outlook emails can be incorporated into SEQUENCE workflow processes and defined as part of a process entity. Users can receive and respond to alerts, tasks, messages, and activities via email – all as an integral component of the SEQUENCE workflow process.  SEQUENCE uses dedicated Outlook toolbars to provide users with all of the BPM activities available in the system.
