Goldrock to invest in PNMsoft

PNMsoft, developer and marketer of software products and professional services for business process management (BPM), today announced securing an investment of USD 3.3 million to expand its overseas operations.

The investment in PNMsoft was made by Goldrock, an investment fund that focuses on mature technology companies, and part of the Goldman Investments Group.

The Group's investments include Invu Inc, developer of document management software, listed on AIM in 2004, quadrupling in value since; and BATM Advanced Communications Ltd, provider of telecommunication equipment, which is also traded on the London Stock Exchange.

"Goldrock's investment provides PNMsoft solid financial backing enabling it to accelerate and expand overseas operations, with a particular focus on Europe", said Gal Horvitz, CEO of PNMsoft. "We plan to play a dominant role in our segment within Europe as well as expand our North American activities in preparation for a future public offering. Goldrock has close ties with key players in the global software and capital markets, especially in the UK, a market on which we focus". Horvitz also commented on the selection of Goldrock, "Recently we have been approached by numerous European and American investment bodies. We were very selective in our decision since we were looking for a true partner for our vision. Goldrock's business model compliments our goals and we have excellent chemistry with the Group's leaders. We regard Goldrock as a full partner in our future and are excited by their investment".

Daniel Goldman, CEO of the Goldman Group and partner in Goldrock Fund said, "The strength of PNMsoft's management team was the key factor that attracted us to the Company. Gal and his team have built PNMsoft's steady chain of successes, creating a strong reputation in the BPM market.
