PNMsoft and EBS Partner in South Africa for Two Major BPM Projects

Posted on Wednesday, 08 December, 2010 by PNMsoft   comments

We have partnered with EBS, Executive Business Solutions in South Africa for two major BPM projects for a large Canadian company which supplies process and business consulting services to the energy and infrastructure industries and a leading energy company in South Africa.

EBS is a South African based solution provider focusing on Corporate Performance Management, Business Process Management and Risk Management and Compliance both for enterprises and public sector.

We see our partnership with EBS as an excellent way to further expand our BPM offerings to the South African market. PNMsoft provides the best and quickest ROI for enterprise and high-end midmarket organizations seeking a high-end BPMS based on the Microsoft stack. In combination with EBS’s specialist strategic process development and optimisation consulting services, we offer a winning combination for our clients.

BPM is seen as a mechanism to facilitate growth while at the same time reducing cost. According to Gartner, Forrester, IDC and DataMonitor, the business process management (BPM) market is one of the fastest growing software markets, moving at a blistering pace of around 30% CAGR and we plan to take advantage of this growth in markets such as South Africa along with our partners.

PNMsoft Cools Off at the Cote D'Azur

Posted on Monday, 15 November, 2010 by PNMsoft   comments

We just came back from almost a week at the Gartner ITxpo in Cannes where we were Cool Vendor Sponsors of the Show. I was joined by Paul Sheridan, our VP Marketing and Sales, Adi Hofstein, CTO and Nancy Shapira, AR/PR Consultant. We met with over 10 Gartner analysts who covered BPM, Travel and Transport, Financial Services, BPO, Government Services and more and got their input and insights on how we can continue to take advantage of the very healthy growth rate of BPM in the European market.

It was also interesting to hear feedback from the analysts about what customers are most interested in and the dominant answer was "ease of use". More feedback was that the business side of the enterprise is much more involved in the decision making for BPM and IT is taking more of a back seat.

As far as the booth, we didn’t give away any prizes or food but we still had a steady stream of quality “prospects” who intentionally looked for us either because of our Cool Vendor Status or our very new entry into the Magic Quadrant as one of Gartner’s top 25 BPM vendors.

We are excited about the momentum of this year both in terms of recognition from the industry, customers, partners and analysts and our significant revenue growth in spite of or maybe because of the economic situation.

Cannes was beautiful - we enjoyed the view and the glamour of the Cote D’Azur - and we would love to hear your experiences at the show.

PNMsoft Announces at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2010
PNMsoft Poised to Take Advantage of Growth in Cloud Computing and BPM Markets
Revenue Growth of over 70% in Q3 2010

Posted on Monday, 08 November, 2010 by PNMsoft   comments

We are very proud of the fact that PNMsoft had a very successful third quarter with company growth of over 70% compared to Q3 2009. Of that 70% growth about 50% was repeat business from satisfied customers in Government, Insurance, Outsourcing, and Utilities industries. PNMsoft's U.S. revenues of "BPM in the Cloud" surpassed revenues of regular BPM deployments for the first time and we expect more and more Cloud projects in the future.

Gartner predicts that worldwide cloud services revenue is forecast to reach $68.3 billion in 2010, a 16.6 percent increase from 2009 revenue of $58.6 billion. The industry is poised for strong growth through 2014, when worldwide cloud services revenue is projected to reach $148.8 billion.

PNMsoft's Cloud model is extremely flexible since PNMsoft's BPMS tool-SEQUENCE was built on web technologies and supports all different cloud scenarios from fully shared to nothing shared. Customers that want to optimize costs can use the fully shared version but we can also offer BPM in a private cloud for very security conscious customers. Two examples of customers using our BPM cloud offering are a Tier 1 Insurance company in the UK and a Tier 1 Utility company in the U.S. Many of our customers use our cloud offering to share processes with their international offices, customers and partners which enables a secure way to communicate and work efficiently with their entire ecosystem. Our Cloud offering is exceeding expectations with a 100% growth rate and we forecast significant growth for 2011.

Just to remind those of you attending the Gartner ITexpo in Cannes next week--PNMsoft will be exhibiting in Booth I1 and Paul Sheridan will be speaking on Tuesday, November 9th from 18:15-18:25 on the topic:

In my new position as Global Head of Products I will be responsible for working with customers, business and technology partners, and the industry to provide global direction for PNMsoft's Business Process Management product suite. I joined PNMsoft in September 2007 from Ceridian where I worked as a Business Solutions Group Manager and Web Manager, an HR Solutions Public Company, where I was responsible for the deployment of productivity and process automation solutions throughout the organisation

As we are rapidly expanding our global operations in Europe and North America we require a new position to oversee these worldwide initiatives. PNMsoft recently opened a subsidiary office in Lisbon in addition to its existing offices in the UK, Israel and the U.S.
