Business Process Management (BPM) Fundamentals Course

The outcome of this course is to create an understanding and enthusiasm for the benefits of BPM, and empower delegates to define and highlight BPM strategies ready for implementation, providing their company with long term process and automation cost savings, and benefits.

Course Objectives

Upon completion, the delegate will have a high level understanding of BPM, the challenges it addresses and how to successfully deliver BPM projects as deployed using SEQUENCE.

Delegates will learn through actual ‘hands on’ exercises about the rich set of SEQUENCE features used to design, view, manipulate and execute process models. Other areas discussed will include business rule design and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) capabilities that provide an interactive medium for information delivery and analysis.
