PNMsoft supports Tmura, a charitable venture fund that supports local educational initiatives and youth opportunities.
Tmura, a non-profit foundation, founded in 2002, to support educational initiatives and youth opportunities and to develop a "culture of giving" within the high-tech sector. Tmura is an organisation that inspires and helps people to improve their opportunities. Through practical action they help build a sense of community, promote civic involvement and social responsibility.

Tmura's matching grants initiative supports charitable activities in Israel, by sharing a portion of the wealth created in the technology sector.
