GOLDROCK to invest $3.3 million in PNMsoft PNMsoft, developer and marketer of software products and professional services for business process management (BPM), today announced securing an investment of USD 3.3 million to expand its overseas operations. The investment in PNMsoft was made by Goldrock, an investment fund that focuses on mature technology companies, and part of the Goldman Investments Group. The Group's investments include Invu Inc, developer of document management software, listed on AIM in 2004, quadrupling in value since; and BATM Advanced Communications Ltd, provider of telecommunication equipment, which is also traded on the London Stock Exchange.

PNMsoft signs 15M US$ exclusive business agreement with privately owned Canadian firm PNMsoft’s SEQUENCE, a revolutionary web-based business process solution, is now entering the Canadian marketplace. As PNMsoft continues to expand into markets around the world, it has chosen Toronto, Ontario based TGO Consulting as its Canadian partner. As part of the collaboration, TGO will market PNMsoft’s BPM system – SEQUENCE – to the Canadian market, as well as provide development, integration and support services. This agreement is estimated to generate 15M US$ over the next three years. “Over the last few years, market demand has prompted TGO to search for a BPM solution to offer our clients. PNMsoft continues to penetrate new markets Cooperation agreement has been signed with the Swiss company Pandata. The companies expect this collaboration to produce income of $ 6 million in the coming three years. PNMsoft has recently signed a cooperation agreement with Pandata - a leading Swiss integration and consultancy company. El Al to Increase PNMsoft Integration Following a successful pilot project El Al has decided to increase PNMsoft’s integration in organizational operations. Following a successful pilot project, in which several flight reports were automated and managed by PNMsoft’s SEQUENCE platform, El Al, Israel’s national carrier, has decided to increase PNMsoft’s integration in organizational operations. As a global aviation and tourism services supplier, El Al requires a platform for unifying and standardizing of all organizational processes. The company wants to dispense with previous systems, documents, and manual processes, and enable more efficient, user-friendly, and rapid operations – via an automated BPM system. PNMsoft Unveils New Corporate Identity & Technological Roadmap at Microsoft’s BPM Convention During Microsoft’s BPM Convention (held on September 20th), PNMsoft announced its new international corporate identity, and revealed plans for its flagship product: SEQUENCE. PNMsoft’s CEO, Gal Horvitz introduced attendees to PNMsoft’s re-branding process, triggered by the company’s growth in the international market, and the opening of its UK offices in London: “We decided to re-brand our corporate identity abroad in order to better respond to the needs of the European and American markets.” Horvitz also unveiled PNMsoft’s designs for the future: “For quite some time we have been working with Microsoft under an NDA, developing the next generation of our products. During its LA convention last week, Microsoft unveiled to the public the Windows Workflow Foundations (WWF) components, which will be available for Windows OS in 2006. Upcoming releases of PNMsoft’s BPM & Workflow solution SEQUENCE will be based on these components, offering both the professional developer and the regular business user an advanced turnkey solution." Horvitz proceeded to reveal that the company's next release will be based on WWF and Office 12. Exclusive Representation and Marketing Agreement for 3i Consulting Services in Israel PNMsoft has signed a representation agreement with the international consulting firm, 3i Consulting Group, whereby it will exclusively market 3i's professional services and SAP Workflow expertise in Israel…The companies believe that within the next three years their collaboration will yield sales of NIS 5 million. According to the agreement, IS Solutions will market PNMsoft's Sequence BPM & Workflow solution. The British company will sell the system licenses and provide development, integration and customer support services. The company's CEO, Gal Horvitz, says the collaboration is designed to expand its activity in Europe.

Microsoft and PNMsoft Announce Cooperation Involving Office System 2003 PNMsoft's workflow process management software has been adapted to the new Office version 2003 and the organizational portal SharePoint V2. In Israel, the joint solution is marketed by PNMsoft, and in Europe via PNMsoft's and Microsoft's marketing channels. PNMsoft believes that the collaboration will generate income of $5 million for it within the next two years. The cooperation between Microsoft and PNMsoft enables the companies' customers to utilize Microsoft's leading organizational portal, SharePoint Portal Server V2, in order to manage a range of workflow processes such as purchasing processes, human resources, document control and financial processes. PNMsoft's business process management system, the PBS™ (formerly BuzzWeb), which is deployed at dozens of large organizations in Israel such as Tnuva, Arkia, RAD computer communication and Tower, has been fully integrated into the SharePoint platform as part of Microsoft's perception that the portal will constitute an information node and key tool for the knowledge worker.

Tnuva Sets Up Computerized Quality Control System to Improve Product Quality and Consumer Service The Tnuva dairy conglomerate has begun deploying a computerized quality control system at all its production units and distribution centers in Israel. This system is designed to improve product quality, prevent mishaps, streamline the workflow processes, and upgrade consumer service at the conglomerate. According to the project agreement, Tnuva will deploy PNMsoft's Sequence business process management system at all its dairies and distribution centers around the country. Completion of the project is scheduled for the end of 2003. Yaacov Rabinovich, Chief Information Officer Dairy Division Tnuva, says that PNMsoft's Sequence business process management system will enable hundreds of Tnuva employees in the quality control, distribution and service departments to identify and deal with mishaps in the various production processes, pinpoint recurrent and irregular malfunctions, and monitor and streamline the quality processes at the company. The system will enable all of Tnuva's production units and distribution centers to manage topics such as work procedures, product control, internal audits, decision implementation monitoring, etc., with the management.

PNMsoft Awarded Business Process Management Project at Tzalaf Industries PNMsoft has been awarded the workflow management project at Tzalaf Industries. According to the project agreement, the system will automatically manage all the pre-production processes at Tzalaf, saving the company considerable time and expense. Moshe Avivi, Information Systems Manager at Tzalaf Industries, says the system will computerize an array of Tzalaf's critical processes, which will be implemented automatically instead of manually, as before. The aim in computerizing and controlling the company's pre-production processes is to streamline the work processes through compliance with the stringent quality standard, ISO 9001 2000, which includes development process control. Arkia Chooses PNMsoft's SEQUENCE BPM & Workflow Platform Arkia chose the SEQUENCE BPM & Workflow platform developed by PNMsoft Ltd. in setting up an Intranet-based information and workflow process center designed to serve over 1,000 of the company's employees at various local and overseas sites. PNMsoft Collects Data from the Shop Floor PNMsoft Ltd, has applied a workflow process system for collecting and analyzing quality data at Nazareth-based RH Electronics. The system is deployed at over 70 RH workstations. It is designed to control the production processes at the company, a leading electronics subcontractor. RH Electronics makes use of the PNMsoft QSFC (Quality Shop Floor Control) to collect shop floor data
