eSPap Case Study at Gartner ITxpo 2011 Highlights PNMsoft’s BPM Solution
Nov 24, 2011 - eSPap (formerly GeRAP), a leading public corporation which manages information and services for the Portuguese government, is using PNMsoft’s SEQUENCE as the BPM solution for implementing financial and human resources management shared services. eSPap President José Cordeiro Gomes presented a case study on this solution at the Gartner Symposium ITxpo 2011 in Barcelona.
Gomes focused on the optimisation and benefits achieved through implementing shared services through a BPM solution. Regarding PNMsoft, Gomes said, “They are very helpful in the way that…they are able to help us and work even out of hours to help us in the implementation…so it is a very good experience…and they work very well with Microsoft systems.”
