The system is based on Microsoft architecture, constructed in three layers by storing all data and definition records in an SQL Server database, operating the process engine by objects managed in the application server, and constructing the user interface using .NET and IIS application presented by the IE browser. This methodology insures performance, stability, and scalability, while keeping software, hardware, maintenance, and development expenditure to a minimum.
